Membrillo — Quince Paste

The quintessential Spanish cheese board companion. Membrillo is a firm, jewel-coloured quince paste with a sweet, floral flavour that pairs perfectly with salty aged cheeses — particularly manchego. A staple of Spanish kitchens for centuries.

Slice and serve alongside manchego, aged cheddar, or brie. Also wonderful spread on toast with butter.
