Another Spanish fruit and nut cake, perfect for tapas or as a cheese accompaniment. Our Date & Walnut Cake is a dense, intensely flavored flourless "cake" made from candied dates and toasted walnuts. It is rich, sweet, and deeply satisfying. A traditional treat from Andalusia, it pairs magnificently with aged cheeses and cured meats.
